Coconut Oil helps control levels of blood sugar by making positive notes to you're secretion of insulin levels . Stabilizes .It's choosing the correct kind and measuring when in use. Meaning, don't go on a sugar kick with this lol, supplement correctly .
Coconut oil is found in health organic and regular aisle.I suggest extra virgin cold pressed because it's purest form. It's all in measuring quantities when you use it any form. Also, check the nutritional label for information is a good ideal and not over doing it. I add it little to my diet.
Yes, there's Coconut water for active lifestyles to replenish from a workout and a better replacement then sports drinks at times. You're best getting the original not flavored because of sugar content is high unfortunate like some sport drinks and sodas . Coconut water is loaded for the electrolytes too .
Coconut oil is a natural energy booster without the adrenaline crash side effects that other natural energy based such as caffeine and sugar may cause in the long end . Also, it's used in race horsing I read which I had no clue, but they have agility and speed. Endurence builded too. So, humans could benefit too that are active and on the go . I read online to massage the coconut oil into the scalp with gentle pressure for 10 minutes. Well, do it when you have time and before showering .
The total can be 3 or 4 times per week if you really want to get results. Basically, this is a scalp condition and hair growth treatment. you will only need 1 teaspoon. Once, a week do this . I do this alot during summer more then Olive Oil for a treatment.I rinse it out then go on with my normal shampoo and conditioner routine. Yes, add sulfrate free brands. Mostly, Coconut or Argan oil based products. Well, this summer was hot in the tropics coconut oil based hair products I noticed .
Coconut oil shields hair from harmfull uv rays that's why the polenesians use Coconut oil because of their humid climate environment . I suggest getting an oil treatment or serum from salon/store because it's pretty heavy and oily for a styling or heat protection . It's great for pre conditioner treatment diy hair or scalp before showering.Scalp conditions are good for this as said nourishes dry scalp and hair together .
I do notice my hair renews softness once I do this . Refreshes, but I myself prefer oil treatments or serums. You're preference.
It's a Makeup remover too. Basically, the same routine I said awhile back with Olive oil post, but with this you're get different benefits,You're conditioning you're lashes and around eyes as you're removing your makeup . You're lashes will thicken and grow too.I will be honest it's quicker than olive oil . I wear waterproof mascara .So, it's pretty good removal of stubborn makeup minus the chemicals and extra cost of makeup removers. I'm not saying they are bad, but alternatives.
It's good for using for replenish for during summer. Coconut oil prevents uv damage and repairs skin if used for moisturizer . Along side of sunscreen you're do double duty. Especially, if you're outdoors much as me. Skin conditioning as good as body lotion. It's better because it's an oil formula ,not a heavy lotion which ages you.
Face moisturizer less expensive and more natural.
Always, go for cold pressed extra virgin pure white in organic area for both cooking and beauty .
