Tea leaves become a super drink..
Its the ultimate drink of vitality and popular in the China , Japan,and in the usa. Yes, even in India too. Okay, not to mention brewing in great Britain too.I never had a taste for teas or ever soda. Though, this is a aquired taste that i never thought id want to drink as much as coffee. Teas are fantastic for your system and some even improve your skin and protect you from the sun ultra violets how cool is that.A big anti ager. Also, add a relaxing benefit to your daily day and the steam from the tea is good for allergies. Great, tea for the elderly as it boosts your memory and refreshing energizing, enlightening.
Teas come in several colors and flavors.My personal favorite is jasmine green tea for the soothing and skin health qualities.Mostly, I choose mine plain without the added flavors (ex blueberry green tea reminds me of medicine lmao) and I brew mine fresh with filtered water . Also, note the amount of time brewing can up the antixodants and super benefits for your health and living. It all depends on the kind of tea your making, but I do maximum time each time. I use a tea strainer when i drain the tea to squeeze out all the health.
Always,try to get organic or natural even if itd in the name brand.

Black teas been brewing and filling cups forever.Black teas are good for cardiovascular function .Thus, why its good for people with coronary artery disease should drink this brand leaf.It keeps a healthy circulatory system too. A classic brew when your sick made with honey or lemon.Did you know it prevents sweating? I found that out and I had no clue when i was researching during the summer ways to not sweat as i excercise and are out in the humidity. I never got the irony of iced teas. Until, now.So, be cool and make it iced.Its famous in India and the leaf is used to make Chai (chai latte's) tea too. They use milk much of the time to flavor their Chai teas.The spices include cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and pepper.The chai tea is relaxing and warming which is another reason I make it during the winter months.
