Sedu Original is a Revolution to Me Still

-Sedu is used by celebs. Is it that hot!?             Do the Sedu or not to do the Sedu?
That's the question....
Sedu Pro Ionic Ceramic Flat Iron             I Ordered from Folica .
The Sedu Pro Flat Iron is the best straightener on the market. It’s polished plates and embedded plates make it perfect for straightening, smoothing and taming hair for a sleek style to reveal your hair’s natural shine.         AVAILABLE IN 1″ OR 1.5″ PLATE SIZES
(I got the largest..go figure why...thickness/curls/pain in the rear hair)
<>Sedu Pro Features↓
  • ULTRA- POLISHED PLATES for a microscopically smooth surface prevents snagging and pulling gliding to provide superior shine and straightening ability
  • TOURMALINE INFUSED CERAMIC plates reduce static and eliminate frizz
  • EMBEDDED PLATES aligns for hair to lay flat against plate for perfectly sleek, straight style
  • HEATS UP IN LESS than 25 seconds and provides quicker heat recovery time for more consistent styling results
  • ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL 240°F – 410°F (I have to use the highest heat due to thick curly hair, but results do differ in heat settings)
  • (115°C – 210°C) to maintain optimum heat levels for any hair type
  • ROTATING SWIVEL CORD

I got this years ago for a b-day present. The only product I ever ordered online.I'm impressed by the staying power of this iron.  I've used this iron over a thousand times with all kinds of oils and abuse of overuse.cIt hasn't went dead on me.  The iron smokes on.I use the heat up to the highest degree's too. I've had this iron for FOUR years. Yes, the freaking iron has lived beyond any iron i've had (i've had several.... due to my smoking the iron addiction). Except, the iron's structure is NOT rounded . Thus , no fun curls or flips easily. Yet, you can do it , but not as easily as the updated irons structures. Chi has a round shaped iron...which make's it easier to do those styles.

I haven't been impressed with the lack of Nano (sounds like bots...). I had Nano in my other irons and I think more holding power with combo of gems. Unfortunately, I have found this iron DOESNT keep the ends from flipping. Usually, end up having to flip them under at time's . Depending, on serum or products . My ends are temperamental and I GOT naturally curly hair..go figure. I have to retouch them up in wet or snowy climate. I've just thought of it as routine as combing or brushing you're teeth. Also, if I sweat my ends flip up ready to fly .
Depends , on serum/shampoo/cond combo with this iron and other irons. I've been ok with Garnier Sleek and John Frieda Full repair. My ends are less tempermental and the iron doesn't smoke as much. I've been impressed with the staying power of the ends then my other irons . It's just when it rains or I sweat my ends flip up. I read flip them under..and it works only forawhile with my hair. Yeah, i've tried pulling my hair up lolz. So, I just got to the point of routine and i've done the whole ironing my hair sense I was fifteen years of age. So, i'm twenty eight years of age even though I don't look it lol.I am waiting for any iron that keeps you're ends from flipping up/re-curling.
Pros
  • Though, my hair isn't as SLEEK (greasy oily) as some other irons i've gotten with the Sedu. It's more softer natural looking which was in the review of the iron when I wanted to purchase it.I read on reviews of Chi's and the same old problem with customers (Ends). Reason I didn't get Chi? Hmm. The broken plugs...and in this family we are cursed. Lol. So, my luck i'd zap myself. I'm better off with the Sedu. Celebs use it. Yes, this, Rachel , can use it too.s  Well, in all total I think Sedu has outwitted all my other irons.
  • The original I go slow down the hair once and done. The iron responds to even hard to conquer hair in smooth submission.
  • The original is way superior in straightening results and smoothing due to the flat shape which glides down the hair.
  • Also, the original, makes the hair more softer and cleaner appearance of hair .Well, the new revolution does sleeker and not as straight effect . I use both to extend lifetime.
Cons
  • The hair isn't humidity resistant , I think because the iron isn't far infrared which alot humidity ones have. Though, this is in major excercise or humidity environment.
I'll do a complete review upcoming on the revolution.
Would I suggest the Sedu Pro Flat iron to a friend??
Yes , defently. Star rating.I'd buy the original over the new ..version.Sometimes, the old is better!
Also, Sedu has made not only a good Argan serum, but A shampoo and conditioner too which is good for the scalp and the endless abuse you do with flat irons.
